SHIPPING COSTS


Delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be specified when confirming the order.

Delivery is provided by Colissimo and DHL. Here is the price list (subject to change):

Delivery method to Monaco:

Delivery method in France:

    • From 0 to 1 kilo: €12
    • From 1 to 3.5 kilos: €17
    • Over 3.6 kilos: €21
  • Zone B: Switzerland, United Kingdom, Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Sweden, Norway, Czech Republic.
    • From 0 to 1 kilo: €16

The products ordered will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer.

Preparation and delivery times may be longer for custom-made products or jewelry ordered that is not in stock.

TRACK THE PROGRESS OF MY ORDER


Any order placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be shipped within 72 hours of payment validation (excluding jewelry marked "on order", made to order with a maximum delay of 2 weeks).

When your order is changed to "shipped" status, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number of your package, which will allow you to follow the progress of your package on the La Poste or DHL website.

Delivery times are given as an indication by our service providers and may vary depending on the time of year. In the event of a delay, Nilazur cannot be held liable, and no claim for compensation may be made by the customer to Nilazur.

TAXES AND CUSTOMS

In Europe, no taxes or customs fees apply. For our customers in the UK, please note that since 1st January 2021, customs fees apply on all orders over £135 (approx. €155).

In the rest of the world, taxes and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS

You have 14 days after receiving your order to return your items for a refund or exchange. For all returns, please print and complete the attached form.

Returns are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that returned items must not have been worn, used or washed. Items with a detached label and in poor condition will not be eligible for return. Nilazur reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

NB: Given their rarity, the sculptures are neither taken back nor exchanged.

REIMBURSEMENT DEADLINES


You will receive an email to notify you when the refund has been processed. We will process the refund using the same payment method as you used for the initial order. Our average refund time is 14 days. Refund times may be extended during holiday or vacation periods.

THE PART RECEIVED HAS A DEFECT OR THE PREPARATION PRESENTS AN ERROR

We invite you to write to our customer service ( contact@nilazur.com ) so that we can take care of the return and refund.
